Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any flower arrangements once they are picked up. We are not responsible for what happens to the arrangements once they are out of our hands. I encourage you to read our care instructions and tips for your flowers.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
We take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. If you receive an arrangement that doesn't meet our standards, please let us know at the time of pick-up or contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a description and photos of the arrangement. We’ll review your concern promptly and follow up with a solution.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be guaranteed depending on timing and availability. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
At Blooming Dahlia, we strive to create arrangements that match the style, color palette, and overall feel of what you selected. However, due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers may occasionally be unavailable.
In such cases, we reserve the right to make thoughtful substitutions using flowers of equal or greater value. We will always do our best to maintain the aesthetic of the original design. If a specific flower is especially important to your order, please let us know at the time of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please double check that all recipient information is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
If a re-delivery is needed due to an address error or no access due to insufficient information an additional re-delivery fee will apply.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will proceed with a porch drop-off. Our driver will do their best to place the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot, out of direct sunlight and out of view from the sidewalk, if possible.
Pick-up times are scheduled appointments, please be mindful of your time slot as I organize my day around both pickups and deliveries. If you're running late or need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Blooming Dahlia currently operates from a residential address. There’s usually space available in our driveway during the day, and you’re welcome to park there. Once you arrive, please send a text or give us a call, we’ll bring your order out to you.
Please do not enter the gates, as we have dogs on the property.
